About Us
JETRACT was founded in 2016 in Istanbul. It is a research and development company which has been approved and supported by the Ministry of Science and Industry of Turkey in accordance with the law no. 4691. As a company believing in digital transformation, it provides cloud-based solutions including e-auction, e-procurement, request management and approval process, by serving the industry leading companies of Turkey.

Our Mission
Our mission is to lead procurement departments into strategic purchasing and to help them in reaching their goals by optimizing their costs and processes.
According to the 2017 report of TUSAYDER: ‘’89,41% of procurement departments cannot allocate enough time into strategic purchasing due to the other workload related to material, planning, supply and administration.’’
Our History
Since our establishment, we have been developing corporate procurement and auction solutions.

Establishment
April 2016
JETRACT was established in Istanbul by Onurhan Öztürk and Hüseyin Nalbantoğlu.

First Angel Investment
February 2017
After a short period of 10 months following the establishment, JETRACT received its first investment from a leading Angel Investment Network with a valuation of 2.000.000 TL.

R&D Firm Title
March 2018
Our application to Istanbul Technical University Teknokent got confirmed and we received the R&D Firm title, approved and supported by the Ministry of Science and Industry of Turkey in accordance with the law no. 4691.
